Great service. I called and told them what I needed, and they told me that they had it in stock. It was close to closing time so I asked them If they would be there in a 1/2 hour because that's how long it would take me to get there. They told me they would wait for me to make sure I got the product that I needed. I truly appreciate the great customer service that I received.

I come here to buy all supplies my grandmother needs. The staff is incredibly nice. The prices are good for what they sell. They go above and beyond for the customers. They have gone out of their way to find products for me that they did not carry in the store. I would recommend them to anyone in need of durable medical equipment and health mobility products.

We purchased a scooter from Active Mobility about a year ago and recently had a lift installed in the back of our car to get the scooter in and out. Both transactions were very positive. Active did not carry the scooter we wanted but they ordered it special. Installing the lift was a challenge but the job was completed very professionally and the employees treated our vehicle like it was their own. VERY HAPPY to have Active Mobility in our community.
